TOOGETHR V1.0.5 RELEASED, 4x FASTER

We love to keep up the good work… Toogethr V1.0.5 has just been released. 

What to expect?

  • Major performance improvements: Launching the Toogethr app is now up to 4x faster then before. Also the group list is showing promptly. Expect more performance improvements on a ongoing basis. We hate to wait too. Remember: if you connect via WiFi, the app is always faster than over 3G or GPRS. We can’t fix that one.
  • Twitter broadcast of all ride offers and searches: A dedicated Twitter account (@liftNL) has been setup, listing all Toogethr ride offers and searches, for the upcoming 2 days. Each tweet deep links to the full ride information in the Toogethr app.
  • User-interface improvements: When offering or searching for a ride, the 2 buttons ‘clear’ and ‘retour’ has been replaced by icons. 
  • Separate password email: When you create a Toogethr account based on your email address, the welcome email no longer contains the password. A separate email is sent.
  • Bug fix notification email: When a driver sends a notification to a potential passenger, the links in the email were not clickable. That’s fixed.
  • Bug fix Internet Explorer 8: When offering or searching for a ride, pressing the ‘retour’ button (which is an icon now) no longer gives an error.
